While in Canada homeopathy remains a subject of debate, in France it is recognized as a practical complementary ther­apy. In fact, drugstores often have on staff a pharmacist who specializes in homeopathy and can advise patients on how best to treat an ailment. That’s what I learned on a recent trip to Lyon, France, the birthplace of Boiron, a leader in homeopathic medicine. I had the opportunity to visit various pharmacies in the region and tour Boiron’s cutting-edge facilities.”
