SHIPPING TERMS
- Currently we only have Purolator available as a shipping partner.
- Shipping is only available across Canada. We cannot ship internationally.
- Most orders are delivered within 2 to 7 days, depending on the shipping destination.
- Shipping rates are applied per order.
- Purolator shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes. Please, provide us with a full address and a valid phone number for delivery purposes. Orders submitted with P.O. Box will not be processed.

TRACKING ORDERS
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS, if accepted, which will contain shipment details, a tracking number, and a link to track your package.
HOURS OF OPERATION
Our warehouse is open to prepare and ship orders from Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. through 4:00 p.m.
PRICE
All the prices displayed on the Website are expressed in Canadian currency and are subject to change without notice. All federal, and provincial taxes are calculated in accordance with the shipping address.
RETURN POLICY
You must contact customer service before proceeding to any return or exchange. Dial 1-(800)-461-2066 or use our online form.
You have 30 days from receipt of package to request a return of your products. They must be unused, in perfect conditions and, in their original packaging.
Please include a copy of the packing slip or an invoice with the returned products. All returns will be processed within 15 business days. Please note that we will not refund your shipping cost for the return.
RETURN DAMAGED ITEMS FOR REPLACEMENT
For replacement, you must contact the Customer Service at 1-(800)-461-2066 or via our online form.
Occasionally, items are damaged during shipping. Damaged items will only be exchanged for the exact same product, or in the event of the same product not being any longer available, Boiron Canada Inc. may substitute the product for a similar or greater grade product, at its discretion.
Don’t Dump Drugs!
Return your unused or expired Boiron medicines to a local pharmacy partnering with the Health Products Stewardship Association.

Boiron Canada Inc. shall not be held responsible for the non-execution, in whole or in part, of any of its obligations towards you, or for damages or losses that you could incur should the non-execution, damages or losses result from superior force.
